Rugby Architectural Building Products is a premier wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches across the United States. We primarily supply high-quality lumber products that help our customers create beautiful projects and build happiness.

We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking orders from receipt to delivery and installation. Your duties will include receiving, unloading, storing materials, picking, and loading products for customer orders. Additionally, you will use your non-CDL driver’s license to deliver our cabinet product lines to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently offload incoming materials and load outgoing products.
• Operate a forklift (certification and experience are a plus).
• Ensure materials loaded for delivery match customer orders.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Handle heavy products (50-100 pounds) with assistance, repeatedly.
• Serve as a delivery driver using your license to deliver our product to our customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Attention to detail, strong communication
• Ability to pass drug tests, background checks, Clearinghouse, and motor vehicle pre-employment screenings.
• Must pass a driving test and a physical examination as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
• Commitment to safety, as this is a Safety Sensitive position subject to routine drug screenings.
